Study Summary

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of escalating single and repeat doses of PF-07832837 in healthy participants and in participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. An additional goal is to assess the pharmacodynamics of PF-07832837 in participants with moderate to severe AD, including potential effects on clinical signs and symptoms

Primary Outcome

An adverse event (AE) was any untoward medical occurrence in a participant temporally associated with the use of study intervention, whether or not considered related to the study intervention. An SAE was defined as any untoward medical occurrence that, at any dose: resulted in death; required inpatient hospitalization or prolongation of existing hospitalization; was life-threatening; resulted in persistent or significant disability/incapacity; was a congenital anomaly/birth defect or other impo
