What the lookup returns
Every trial has a base registry record. Deeper fields thin from there.
All 175,638 trials in the ClinicalTrials.gov mirror carry a title, status, and NCT identifier. Coverage narrows from there: not every trial reports a real target enrollment, a study phase, or a named primary outcome measure for the tools above to surface.
