To assess the efficacy and safety of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) in subjects undergoing transfemoral TAVR in patients with severe iliac disease, prohibitive for transfemoral TAVR in patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis, otherwise considered for alternative access TAVR.
