Study Summary

This research study is studying a drug called atezolizumab as a possible treatment HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (MBC) that has spread to the brain. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: * Atezolizumab * Pertuzumab * Trastuzumab

Primary Outcome

The proportion of patients who had confirmed complete response or confirmed partial response, assessed using neuro-oncology-brain metastases (RANO-BM) criteria. RANO-BM assess the response of brain metastases to treatment, using MRI scan. There are four categories as results: Complete Response (CR), Partial Response (PR), Stable Disease (SD), and Progressive Disease (PD), which is separately defined as disappearance of all target lesions, at least a 30% decrease in the sum of the diameters of ta
