Study Summary

Part 1 of this study will be conducted to determine the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of multiple doses of TB006, as well as the maximum tolerated dose of TB006, and to assess the immunogenicity of TB006 (production of anti-TB006 antibody). Part 2 of this study will be conducted to determine the clinical efficacy of TB006 in participants with mild to severe Alzheimer's Disease.

Primary Outcome

An adverse event is any untoward medical occurrence in a clinical study participant, temporally associated with the use of a study treatment, whether or not considered related to the study treatment. An SAE is defined as any untoward medical occurrence that, at any dose results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalization or prolongation of existing hospitalization, results in persistent disability/incapacity, is a congenital anomaly/birth defect, associated with liver injur
