Study Summary
This clinical trial evaluates interventions to maximize muscle function and improve cartilage health following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Improving muscle function may improve patient outcomes, improve joint mechanics, and potentially serve as a prevention approach for post-traumatic knee osteoarthritis.
