The aim of this investigation is to compare the use of bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) and allograft versus recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP) versus the gold standard fusion in subjects undergoing elective lumbar spinal fusion with interbody support.
