Study Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and acceptability of the RISE for Nurse Managers retreat and its impact on occupational and psychological well-being indicators

Primary Outcome

22-item questionnaire with the following response categories: 0=never, 1=a few times a year or less, 2=once a month or less, 3=a few times a month, 4=once a week, 5=a few times a week, 6=every day. MBI includes 3 dimensions of Burnout: Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Personal Accomplishment. There are 9 items included in Emotional Exhaustion and scores can range from 0-54. There are 5 items included in Depersonalization and scores can range from 0-30. There are 8 items included in P
