Oklahoma has high COVID-19 incidence, particularly among underserved minority and rural Oklahomans. Oklahoman's are also reporting SARS-CoV-2 vaccine hesitancy and signs of slowing vaccine uptake, with increased hesitancy among American Indian and rural populations.
