Study Summary
The purpose of this study is to determine if enzalutamide given in combination with exemestane is safe and effective in patients with advanced breast cancer.
Primary Outcome
PFS was defined as the time in months from randomization to the first documentation of progression of disease (PD) or death on study due to any cause, whichever occurred first. PD according to response evaluation criteria in solid tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) was defined as greater than or equal to (\>=) 20 percent (%) increase in the sum of diameters of the target lesions taking as a reference the smallest sum recorded since the start of treatment or unequivocal progression in non-target les
