Study Summary

This study will evaluate the anti-cancer effects of crizotinib when compared with standard chemotherapy in patients with ALK positive lung cancer.

Primary Outcome

PFS was defined as the time from the date of randomization in study until the date of first documented objective tumor progression (according to RECIST v1.1 as determined by IRR) or death (due to any cause), whichever occurred first. PFS (in months) was calculated as (first event date - randomization date +1)/30.44.
