Study Summary

This is a Phase 1 trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of crizotinib in patients with tumors except non-small cell lung cancer that are positive for ALK.

Primary Outcome

An adverse event (AE) was any untoward medical occurrence in a participant who received study treatment without regard to possibility of causal relationship. Serious AE was an AE resulting in death, initial or prolonged inpatient hospitalization, life-threatening experience, persistent or significant disability/incapacity, congenital anomaly.
