Study Summary
This clinical study is being conducted at multiple sites to determine the best confirmed response rate, safety, and tolerability of GSK1363089 treatment in metastatic gastric carcinoma.
Primary Outcome
ORR is defined as the percentage of participants achieving best overall response of confirmed complete response (CR) or partial response (PR). Tumor response for participants with measurable lesions was assessed routinely (after 8 weeks of treatment and approximately every 8 weeks thereafter) using RECIST (version 1.0) criteria.
