Study Summary
The primary objective of this Phase II study is to evaluate the progression-free survival at 6 months in adult subjects with a first recurrence of Glioblastoma Multiforme who are treated with MEDI-575.
Primary Outcome
Progression-free survival (PFS) rate at 6 months is defined as the proportion of participants who neither progressed nor died before 6 months after the first dose. Progression was determined using Updated Response Assessment Criteria of High Grade Gliomas: Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology Working Group (RANO criteria).
